This course has been created from my heart, learning through my experiences and daily challenges, developing this course has been based on my personal stories, the ups, and the downs and listening to the needs of both my body and my mind, and the realization that to achieve our goals conscious changes need to be made towards leading a healthier and happier lifestyle, taking a just a moment to stop and say

“Today I choose me”

The Just Yoga course is designed for you to gain maximum benefit from the duration of 30 days in the comfort of your home/workspace, wherever is convenient for you and at a time most suitable for your daily lifestyle. Giving you the tools to take forwards into your daily life and setting you safely and lovingly on your magical Yoga Journey.

Upon completing the course you will have the tools to continue your journey and will have gained the confidence to continue with your Yoga practice on or offline, on your own or in a class environment.
